TACTICAL PRINCIPLE- Delay Progress to Reorganize Lines

TECHNICAL SUB-PRINCIPLES(Coaching Points)

The game situation occurs when a transitional moment happens between lines deeper in the field (example ball is turned over between OUR defensive & midfield lines).  The players BEHIND the ball should delay their pressure & ENGAGEMENT in the ball to firstly, PROTECT THE SPACE BEHIND and allow time for the teammates to RECOVER BEHIND THE BALL.
